Gary has taken his 23 years worth of business experience and network contacts and launched a successful talent acquisition practice. Gary has had multimillion-dollar P&L responsibility for Fortune 500 and early-stage companies with US and international operations. He has diverse industry experience which includes tele-communications, high tech, legal, staffing and healthcare in general management, operations, marketing and sales roles.

As a senior executive, Gary has faced the critical staffing challenges that arise when managing a global operation. That experience allows him to understand the importance of finding top talent from a clients perspective. He understands the dynamics of change that happen in organizations and how to staff a growing or changing organization for success.

Gary received his BS Degree from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia while attending on a basketball scholarship.
