Mark has over 20 years experience in the Consumer Products and Food and Beverage Industry starting on the operator side early on, then moving to the supply side in key managerial roles and now as a partner to manufacturers of Consumer& Food and Beverage products world wide.

After an illustrious 13-year career with MRI, in November of 2005, Mark founded Optimus Executive Search, a Search Path International company. He made the change to Search Path for its Client Centric approach and the strong leadership team they have assembled, which will allow Mark and his team to service their clients more efficiently. Mark is an instructor for Search Path International University, and has been asked to be a part of the SPI Strike Team, which mentors new SPI Franchisees.

In 1997 Mark attained CSAM status {Certified Senior Account Manager} which is the elite of MRI’s 1000 + offices worldwide. CSAM’s represent the Top 5% of all the recruiters within the MRI family, which includes Management Recruiters and Sales Consultants. In 1999 Mark was honored as a National Finalist for CSAM of the year, in 2001 Mark was named National CSAM Of The Year, which is essentially the Best of the Best award for the over 4000 recruiters within MRI. Mark is one of only 8 people to ever receive this prestigious award in the companies’ 40-year history. In addition to this he has received many other awards from MRI throughout his distinguished career. Mark also started and headed up the Electronic Recruiter Village for the Food and Consumer Products industries for MRI.
