Starting with a franchise location of Management Recruiters International in 1998, which later became Pathfinder Search Partners; Scott was an integral leader in the development and expansion of the Employer Services Practice. When Pathfinder Search Partners decided to franchise as SearchPath, he felt it would be a natural transition to start his own office focusing on the same discipline.

Scott has experience in all areas and levels of the Employer Services Practice, with a primary focus in Temporary Staffing, Contingency Search and Retained Executive Search. He has managed and fulfilled on large-scale projects for some of the most successful staffing and search firms nationally and has also built a tremendous client base with small to regional firms in markets across the country.

His experiences with all types and sizes of staffing organizations, through the ups and downs of the economy, have made him keenly aware of the ever-changing needs of the staffing industry and the difficulty his clients face in hiring the right talent.

Scott earned his BA in Business Management from John Carroll University in Cleveland Heights, OH.
